Community Feedback Sought on Proposed State Electoral Boundary Changes

Blackall-Tambo Regional Council is inviting community members to have their say on proposed changes to Queensland’s state electoral boundaries.

The review is being undertaken by the Queensland Redistribution Commission, an independent body responsible for ensuring electorates have a similar number of voters across the state. Redistributions are conducted periodically to reflect population changes

Canteen Upgrades Completed at Blackall Saleyards

Blackall-Tambo Regional Council has completed upgrades to the canteen facilities at the Blackall Saleyards this past month, enhancing comfort and functionality for buyers, vendors and visitors as cattle sales resume. With thanks to the support of the Blackall Livestock Auction Association, the improvements support one of the region’s most attractive livestock facilities and a key regional asset.
