Blackall-Tambo Regional Council is proud to support one local young person to participate in the STS Young Endeavour Youth Development Voyage. This nationally recognised program provides young Australians aged 16–23 with hands-on leadership and personal development experiences while sailing along Australia’s coastline.
Participants live and work on board a tall ship, developing confidence, teamwork, and resilience, while making lifelong friendships. No sailing experience is required—just a willingness to embrace new challenges.

Council is funding one position and contributing $250 towards travel, ensuring a young person from our region can access this life-changing experience.

Why Council Supports This Program:
Council is committed to empowering local youth through meaningful educational and leadership opportunities. The Young Endeavour program offers practical skills, personal growth, and unique experiences that help young people thrive in their communities.
