Stay active and feel good with our Chair Exercise and Yoga classes in Blackall. These sessions are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment. Chair exercises are gentle and low-impact, perfect for all fitness levels, while yoga offers stretching, breathing, and relaxation to support both body and mind. Held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am at the Blackall Cultural Centre. Everyone is welcome.
